Yasuo Onishi Consulting, LLC evaluates complex, chemically reactive, non-Newtonian flows, slurry pipeline transfer, and contaminant environmental impacts/risks. Our world-leading models couple flow, sediment transport, contaminant migration and chemical reactions. We assess flows, sediments, radionuclides, heavy metals, pesticides, oil, liquid CO2, and other chemicals with these surface water models.
Yasuo Onishi is an adjunct full professor of Washington State University, and an adjunct member of the National Council of Radiation Protection and Measurements. He was a committee member of the National Academy of Sciences, the U.S. Coordinator of the soil-aquatic environment affected by the Chernobyl Nuclear Accident, and an environmental advisor to the International Atomic Energy Agency.
